Just Recruitment is working with a financial services organisation based in Ipswich – that is looking to add an Administrator with financial services experience to its long-standing team.

The key purpose of the role is to support the Financial Advisors with all admin-based duties within a busy and well-regarded organisation.

Duties include: 

  • Preparation of files for annual reviews of client wealth - training will be provided on valuations systems.
  • Making appointments and providing support including paying out withdrawals and topping up pension and investment products.
  • Help with new business enquiries and processing applications.
  • Assisting with preparing letters and reports to clients using Word and learning to use the r report writing software that assists advisers and administrators in writing reports.
  • Talking with clients to provide service and support e.g. sending valuations, handling client queries.

Working Monday to Friday - this role is office based and due to the working location - you will need to have access to your own transport.
