Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing organisation that is looking to add a Multilingual Customer Care Advisor to its existing team.

In business-as-usual periods (around 8 – 9 months of the year) this role will involve supporting their English-speaking customers – handling customer emails, live chats and telephone calls in English, and therefore English language skills (written and verbal) will be essential.

In peak periods (around 3 – 4 months of the year) this role will involve supporting their French-speaking customers – handling customer emails, live chats and telephone calls in French, and therefore French language skills (written and verbal) are essential. The role will also cover our full-time French Customer Care Advisor when they are on annual leave or have any periods of absence.

Responsibilities:

  • To answer inbound customer calls
  • To reply to inbound customer emails
  • To answer inbound live chat requests
  • To respond to all customer enquiries within specified SLAs
  • To go above and beyond for the customer wherever possible
  • To adhere to department and company policies, procedures and service level agreement

Experience and skills:

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken - essential
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French, both written and spoken - essential
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to include confident telephone manner and accurate written work
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
