Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Support/Office Assistant on behalf of a company based in the Maldon area.
This is a varied role; the primary objective for this role is to aid the sales team with day to day sales activities. This will include answering the phones, order input, quotations and follow-ups. They will also assist in diary management and working directly with the BDMs.
- Assist with the management of incoming sales orders, check for errors and process on the company's systems
- Be the first contact for calls regarding customer enquiries, quote requests, orders, new customers and customer product enquiries
- Providing information to customers in a timely manner and ensuring colleagues are updated as needed
- Assist with quotes/orders provided to/from customers; follow-up as requested
- Be a key contact for sales calls and emails regarding quote requests, new customers and customer product enquiries
- Assist in ensuring customer contact information received via telephone or email is updated in CRM and accounts systems as appropriate
- A confident self-starter, possessing drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills, in particular, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working with Sage 50 / ACT! CRM or similar systems an advantage
Benefits: 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
Hours: 9:00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
