Just Temps, an employee owned business, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant – to join its busy team in Ipswich.
Working on an established desk, in an established business – this role is a great opportunity for a recruiter to grow and develop business across the wider temp team – you will be rewarded for your expertise and experience with a very competitive package and the ability to drive the Ipswich branch forwards, you will have the opportunity to work with the senior management team directly.
You will provide a first-class candidate experience and create an ethos within the branch, that maintains consistent and professional contact with all clients. As a service-led business – we have a great reputation in the marketplace with clients and candidates.
We are offering this role on a full-time, permanent basis – working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 17.30 and Friday 08.30 to 17.00pm.
Key duties include:
- Daily contact with new and existing clients to ensure we are maximising our potential within the temp market locally
- Providing the best possible service to all clients and candidates
- Maintaining open contact with all hiring managers and businesses as required
- Resourcing and registering suitable candidates for various temporary roles as needed
- Driving the temp team forward and working closely with senior management and the wider support team
- Ensuring all documentation, internal systems and databases are kept up-to-date and are accurate
- Checking candidate documents, ID and right-to-work identification
- Handling all recruitment administration, from advert to induction, ensuring that all parts of the process are carried out effectively
- Dealing with mail and email enquiries
- Liaising with candidates by phone and email
- Creating job adverts and posting on job boards
- Generating relevant correspondence for candidates and hiring managers
- Managing reports relating to payroll requirements
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Ipswich branch
- Maintaining consistent records for both candidates and clients
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
- A passion and drive for sales and working towards business targets
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Office
- Ability to work pro-actively
