Just Temps, an employee-owned business, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator – to join its busy team in Ipswich. Please note this position is being offered on a contract basis – covering maternity leave.
Just Temps – Ipswich, deals with temporary placements across the business. – we are looking for a skilled ‘Recruitment Coordinator’ to work closely with our wider temporary team. You will provide a first-class candidate experience as well as supporting the team with all admin and office-based duties, filling temporary assignments, registering candidates, and meeting and greeting visitors to our Ipswich branch.
We are offering this role on a full-time basis – working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 17.30 and Friday 08.30 to 17.00.
Key duties include:
- Resourcing and registering suitable candidates for various temporary roles as required.
- Ensuring all documentation, internal systems and databases are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Checking candidate documents, ID and right-to-work identification.
- Handling all recruitment administration, from advert to induction, ensuring that all parts of the process are carried out effectively.
- Dealing with mail and email enquiries.
- Liaising with candidates by phone and email.
- Creating job adverts and posting on job boards.
- Generating relevant correspondence for candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing reports relating to payroll requirements.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Ipswich branch.
- Maintaining consistent records for both candidates and clients.
- Ensuring accurate messages are taken relating to candidates and clients.
What we are looking for:
- Preferably experience within recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Office.
- Ability to work proactively.
