Just Recruitment is supporting a growing and expanding organisation based in Needham Market looking to add a Sales Office Coordinator to its team.

For this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager by maintaining the Sales Department’s connection with the company’s customer base, and the sales as well as the customer services team. You will also be responsible for creating new sales quotations and liaising with suppliers, as well as providing high-quality administrative support to the Sales Manager to assist the department in meeting the company’s overall sales targets.

Duties include:

  • You will be responsible for typing quoting function for the Sales Manager
  • Supporting the sales quotation requests in a timely manner, keeping the CRM system up-to-date, producing and managing quotation folders on Sharepoint
  • Making and despatching product samples for new and existing customers when required by the Sales Manager
  • Attending trade shows, business meetings and customer visits with the Sales Manager as required within the UK
  • Developing and maintaining filing and CRM system to ensure sales records are up-to-date, preparing reports and providing financial information to theFinance Department when required.
  • Arranging travel, booking accommodation for the Sales Manager when required
  • Undertake general filing, photocopying, scanning paperwork and saving in designated folders
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

Hours:

  • 4 day week – Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minute lunch break
  • 32 hour week
