Just Recruitment is delighted to support a well-regarded organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich - they are looking to add a Senior Administrator to their team.

This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the office department. Duties include being involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently having responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

Most of the work will involve electronic and communication, creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and updating internal systems. You may also be requested to process Export documentation for which full training will be given.

This role requires the following skills to a good level:

  • Good IT skills i.e. sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good organisational and presentation skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A good level of previous administrative experience

Common daily tasks will include:

  • Data inputting
  • Producing correspondence and documents and maintaining records and spreadsheets
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems and keeping electronic diaries
  • Completing day to day office duties including scanning and electronic file management
