The key purpose of this role is to play a crucial role in supporting the QA and Production teams, to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards and delight customers. Key duties include:

• Completing the customer’s own format specifications, along with developing a tracking system to manage these processes.
• Completing customer questionnaires and information requests.
• Communicate with suppliers and other departments to ensure the customer has the key information they need in a timely manner.
• Management of supplier and raw materials data.
• Logging and managing non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Managing the customer contacts database and effectively communicating the product certificates to the customer.
• Flexibility to carry out additional duties as deemed necessary by the business.

Key role requirements include:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience within a food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of retailer technical systems.
• Proficient in BRC, HACCP and legislative food safety requirements.
• Internal auditing experience.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc).
• A high standard of written and verbal communication towards internal/external customers.

This role is fully site-based, working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Previous experience of working to robust quality standards and following procedures
• The ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and be confident to escalate any issues to ensure quality and safety
• Strong computer literacy – e.g. able to input data, confirm settings on machinery and produce reports with training
• Conscientious with strong attention to detail

Working hours for this role:

3 Rotating Shifts (14.00 – 22.00; 06.00 – 14.00; 22.00 – 06.00; Monday – Friday, rotating weekly).

Qualifications and experience required:

• Internal auditing experience.
• Ability to use all IT-based packages.

The key purpose of this role is to manage the stock administration throughout the business, from start to finish.

Key duties include:

• Stock management
• Overseeing the regular stock counts and reconciling differences
• Processing stock adjustments in the system
• Processing of stock transfers between sites
• Monitoring levels of stock, raising quotes, and placing orders as required
• Assisting with the year-end stock count
• Ad-hoc queries
