Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation, based in Halstead looking to add a Shift Production Manager to its growing team.
Duties include:
- Provide support to all departments, the Section Leaders and the Operations Director as and when required.
- To ensure that stock takes are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist Shift Manager in completing all required stock.
- Identify training requirements within the team.
- To oversee the day-to-day operation of the production.
- Have a general knowledge of what is required from the Section Leaders.
- Ensure that you maintain safety in line with the company’s policies and strive to improve safety in all departments.
Personal specification:
- Excellent communicator.
- Be able to train and instruct others.
- Motivated and positive leader.
- Lead by example, behaving appropriately with a “can do” attitude at all times in line with the company’s values and work policy.
- Committed and empowered.
- Forward-thinking.
Working hours:
Your normal working hours are from 07.15 to 16.45, Monday to Friday. You may from time to time be required to work extra hours, to properly discharge your duties under this contract (including working night shifts). You may be required to work 15 Saturday shifts during the working year to suit the requirements of the company.
