This is a temp-to-perm opportunity role.

Working hours and rate of pay:

• Monday to Friday.
• 23.00 to 07.00.
• £16.25 depending on experience.
• You will be starting on days for training, before switching to nights, so flexibility is a must. During training, you will be on £13 an hour.

This role will include the following duties:

• Operating various machinery.
• Running production lines.
• Machine minding.
• Keeping lines running with materials.
• Ensuring all packaging is correct.
• Heavy lifting.
• Operating a forklift - forklift licence preferred.

The key purpose of this role is to work closely with Senior Management, to ensure that the site runs smoothly, ensuring excellence for staff, customers and the business operation.

Duties include:

• Working with the Fulfilment Manager to maximise production output.
• Working with Warehouse Operatives/Forklift Drivers to maximise warehouse space.

• Health & Safety aware.
• Financial and commercial acumen.

This is a hands-on role, you are required to be 'part of the team' and a 'roll your sleeves up and pitch in' attitude is essential.

You will need to be an effective man manager - able to lead by example.

Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.30 - some Saturdays may be required.
