About the role

Just Recruitment is working with a growing business, based in Sudbury, to recruit a Field Sales Executive (Product Based) to join their long-standing team.

Due to ongoing business growth, this newly created role will focus on building and managing strong relationships with both direct customers and distributors, with the aim of driving revenue and supporting continued expansion. The position forms an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team.

The role includes qualifying and identifying customer needs, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating sales terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You must demonstrate experience in selling to both existing and new customers, provide evidence of building and maintaining client relationships, show success in meeting sales targets, and explain how you have developed your industry knowledge.

You will also have a track record of identifying, qualifying, onboarding and managing key partners, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.

You will also be able to demonstrate monitoring and reporting capability.

Role requirements include:

  • Proven experience in product sales, including qualifying and prospecting for new clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and clearly convey product information.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to nurture existing customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate product features and articulate their benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales cycle, with proficiency in closing deals, negotiating, and handling objections.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage sales activities, and meet deadlines.

This is a site-based role, but there is an expectation that you will spend a significant portion of the role outside the office with clients, prospects, and business partners.

About the role

Just Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing business, based on the outskirts of Sudbury, to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

The key purpose of this role is to support the business with the movement of raw materials and finished products as required.

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess a valid counterbalance forklift licence.

Key duties include:

  • Carrying out warehousing tasks, including order picking, storage allocation and record keeping
  • Carrying out dispatch duties, including consolidating finished goods for daily loads
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring goods are checked in and out using the stock management system
  • Replenishing stock throughout the day and assisting with stock checks

Role requirements include:

  • Counterbalance forklift driving licence and experience in driving forklift trucks
  • The ability to follow written instructions, quality and safety standards
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and the confidence to escalate any issues to ensure quality and safety
  • Computer literate — able to input data into the systems and maintain accurate records

Working hours:

  • This role follows a three-week rotating shift pattern: Weeks 1 and 2 run Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and Week 3 runs Monday to Friday, 4:30pm–1:30am.
