Duties include:

• Scheduling jobs
• Ordering parts
• Report proofing/sending
• Liaising with contractors and customers
• Answering the telephone and helping with all enquiries
• Dealing with customers and suppliers
• Process purchase orders
• General office administration

Role requirements:

• Confident with Microsoft Office packages
• Polite telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Just Temps is seeking Food Production Operatives for a company based on the outskirts of Haverhill, Suffolk.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company with long-term work and temporary to permanent opportunities.

You will be working the following shifts on a three-weekly rotation:

• Hours: 6.00am to 5.30pm.
• Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.
• Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Week 3 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

You will be working 4 days a week with a nice 5 day weekend once every three weeks!

Duties will include:

• Food manufacturing.
• Handling of food.
• Fiddly and delicate work.
• General factory duties.
• Maintaining good hygiene practices within the areas you are working.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Working in a cold environment handling meat products.
