About the role

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded, established business based in Haverhill that is recruiting for a Sales Administrator.

Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed.
  • Liaising directly with customers to gain all relevant information and documentation.
  • Entering all orders onto the production schedule.
  • Liaising with Production to ensure capacity allows us to meet customers' delivery dates.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and emails in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring the next 5 days of production and raising any concerns to the Account Managers or other dept heads.
  • Answering phones when necessary, passing on messages to the Account Managers.

Attributes:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Computer skills including Outlook and Excel and ideally with a CRM software or similar.
  • Flexible in learning and tasks.
  • Ability to work either within a team or alone effectively.
  • Able to communicate verbally, by email and by telephone between departments.
  • Be able to work under pressure.

About the role

Just Recruitment is supporting a well-regarded manufacturing business in Haverhill - looking to add a Warehouse/Dispatch Operative to its growing team.

The key purpose of the role is to support the business with all warehouse, dispatch and manufacturing tasks - according to company targets.

Key duties include:

  • Be responsible for blends/decanting/packing finished products
  • Ensuring products are packed to the correct requirements, labelled correctly and clearly.
  • Ensure areas within your responsibility are kept in order with regards to health and Safety and 5 ‘s’
  • Fulfil warehouse duties including material movement, kitting assemblies, booking in and out raw materials and products. Regular racking checks and fork truck checks when required. Conduct stock checks and report when needed.
  • Conduct internal safety audits when instructed and report accidents. Near misses and incidents when required.
  • Be flexible in your approach to other responsibilities when required.

Requirements include:

  • Worked under health & safety and environment procedures.
  • Working experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Understanding of the supply chain.
  • Counterbalance and reach truck licence.

Working hours for this role are from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday, 8am to 4pm.

The key purpose of the role is to work with the senior team to complete all manufacturing tasks - according to business needs.

Key duties include:

  • To carry out production processes of certain materials to defined SOPs.
  • To document manufacture on production sheets provided.
  • To perform routine maintenance on key plant equipment.
  • To package materials for despatch in accordance with work instructions.
  • To perform chemical waste disposal in accordance with work instructions.
  • To maintain high standards of plant cleanliness in line with agreed 5S goals.
  • To carry out re-packaging of materials in accordance with work instructions.
  • To document output and downtime in the production plan daily.
  • Carrying out any other task as requested by the Shift Team Leader and Management team.

Requirements for this role:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic IT competency.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is desirable.

The working hours for the role are 4 days on and 4 days off - working 7am - 7pm.

The Artwork Proof Processor is the person responsible for carrying out all artwork duties within the artwork department. Their main roles will involve formatting and preparing artwork for proofs, liaising with customers to gain approval of supplied pdf proofs and preparing jobs for production.

Duties:

  • Monitoring and updating the production schedule, liaising with sales and production to overcome potential problems.
  • Schedule and prioritise work ensuring KPIs are achieved and all production targets are being adhered to.
  • Utilising Promo Office to receive the necessary files and information from sales as well as printing works orders.
  • Reporting any technical and processing issues to the relevant person before processing the jobs.
  • Advise customers of preferred artwork types and any artwork technical-related issues.
  • Managing and saving artwork files on the company’s computer systems.
  • Preparing proofs to send to clients for approval.
