About the role

Just Recruitment is supporting a growing and expanding organisation based in Wherstead, looking to add a Business Analyst to its long-standing team.

You will be responsible for acting as the liaison between IT and the internal business teams / external clients, you will report directly to the General Manager for the Group’s business support functions.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and feeling comfortable with both information technology and business administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with IT/TS and internal business teams / external clients to provide expertise during the initiation and requirement-gathering phase.
  • Act as an information source and communicator between business functions.
  • Understand the strategic business needs and plans for growth.
  • Analyse business procedure, clarify clients’ requirements and to define the scope of existing and proposed solutions.
  • Utilise IT data for business insights.
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of Change Management.
  • Skilled at eliciting, writing, and managing user requirements/use cases.
  • Skilled at documenting business processes and reporting using best practices and standard tools (flowcharts, Gantt charts, etc.).

Sales Order Processing Supervisor

You will be reporting to the Sales Order Processing Manager, providing valuable support to meet the needs of the business, overseeing the teams’ operations, and assisting co-ordinators in their individual and team performance and development through training, guidance, support and feedback.

Duties include:

  • Taking accountability for the team and its output - managing day-to-day workload within agreed KPI’s in line with growing business demands.
