About the role

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established business based in Witham looking to add an Account Manager to its existing team.

You will be responsible for increasing revenue, profit and taking more market share of training and services provided to the end user.

Duties include:

  • Continue to build and maintain relationships with clients, key internal managers and external suppliers showing your ability to grow your individual account territories
  • Drive, maintain and grow your dedicated territories
  • Maintain and manage your allocated trainer's diary
  • Work towards and achieve company sales targets and KPIs
  • Plan and organise and implement outbound call schedule

Experience required:

  • Proven track record in an Account Manager role – preferably within the dental industry
  • Demonstrable experience in protecting and growing accounts to deliver against the target
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft computer packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

Other details for this role:

  • 3 days in the office and 2 working from home after training
  • No cold calling

The role will be key to enabling the Board of Directors & Chairman to concentrate on strategic aspects of the business allowing them to achieve the growth plans they have put in place. They require someone exceptionally well organised, with a personable approach and positive problem-solving attitude.

Duties include:

  • Acting as the trusted point of contact for the Managing Director, Chairman and other Directors for all external parties and internal staff, and dealing appropriately with correspondence, calls and visitors, representing the Managing Director as and when required.
  • Professional diary management including arranging meetings, travel arrangements and hotel requirements whilst maintaining awareness of key deadlines on behalf of the Directors and Chairman.

Just Recruitment is working with a community-based organisation - looking to add a Lead Administrator to its team based in Witham.

Overseeing and coordinating the admin-based team, the key purpose of this role is to ensure that all customers, colleagues and industry professionals are following through with the referral business, managing data and all admin-based tasks.

Key duties include:

  • Advise Coordinators on how to ensure a safe and effective referral across Essex.
  • Monitor and record via the agreed pathway, tracking with colleagues in the service or customers to ensure that the service is compliant with contracted quality measures relating to referral management.
  • Develop and maintain relations with referring practitioners, providing details about acceptance criteria, updating them on the progress of referrals as required and acting as a point of contact for advice and support.
  • Ensure that referrers are kept informed of progress as required, including non-attendance and the outcome of the referral.
  • Responsible for contacting customers as necessary to ensure they can attend planned appointments, sending out appointments and confirmation of appointments by post and recording when there has been a wish to postpone or delay appointments.
  • Manage enquiries from customers about their referrals and respond regarding the progress of their referrals through the service.
  • Monitor referrals sent out from the service.
  • Assist in the development of proforma letters to aid responses to referrers.
  • Ensure relevant documentation is scanned onto records, whether received as hard copies or via email, to maintain for audit purposes.
  • Advice on how the referral system can be developed to ensure a better, more efficient service and outcomes can be achieved.
  • Produce regular reports on the number of referrals and the service’s management of them, predicting the performance of the service in managing waiting lists and supporting improved understanding of quality issues, KPIs and contractual reporting.
  • In circumstances where paper records need to be maintained, ensure records and folders are made up and filed securely.
  • Ensure team are able to maintain and use computer systems, both paper and electronic systems according to and in accordance with information governance policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring Coordinators are performing to the required standard, modelling appropriate behaviours and values and arranging training as identified in regular appraisals.
  • Manage referrer experience surveys to support quality monitoring of referral services.
  • Use your own initiative, operate within policies and processes, and refer more complex issues to the manager.
