About the role

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing, well-established, organisation based in Sudbury - looking to add a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator to its long-standing team.

This role will be extremely varied and there will be scope for you to make this role your own.

As a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator, you will deal directly with customers by phone or email providing stock updates, pricing and delivery information. You will respond promptly to all customer enquiries. You will also be responsible for booking all transport for goods picked using the preferred suppliers.

Key duties:

  • Ensure customer and client delivery requirements are met
  • Daily telephone and email contact with customers and clients
  • Administration of order processing
  • Invoicing customers
  • Dispatch pallets/parcels by ensuring labels are printed and booked with the respective carrier

Your requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service driven organisation advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good listening skills, tactful and courteous
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with customers/clients, whilst appreciating the need for maintaining confidentiality
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages e.g. Word and Excel
  • Experience in using SAGE advantageous

Working 0800 – 1700 hours with 1 hour for lunch. Flexibility is required in line with peak demands.

IT Service Technician Analyst

Just Recruitment is recruiting for an IT Service Technician Analyst on behalf of a company based in Sudbury.

Paying £16 per hour, working a 37.5 hour week.

Position summary:
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and development of the company systems
  • Support and administration of software and hardware
  • Setup and integration of technologies and advising various departments on general technology-related items.

This position will also serve as a general technical support specialist for all applications along with supporting the site during high call volume periods.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical (helpdesk) support to system users
  • Assist with master data daily functions and project works
  • Keep up-to-date with new and changing technologies (internal and external)
  • Advice and help implement new technology
  • Develop and support methods and technical procedures for the site
  • Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating systems that affect delivery
  • Work closely will all other departments for collaborating on IT projects
  • Train staff and stakeholders on technical issues as needed
  • Provide technical support to projects and contractors as requested
  • Analyse complex computer systems, identify problems, and develop and implement logical conclusions and effective solutions
  • Implement and training of programme applications appropriate to assigned duties and projects
  • Support demands and service requests according to IT governance strategies, regulations and in accordance with Cyber and Information security policies
  • Out of hours works required for maintenance works or project plans
  • Assist with other duties outlined by the IT BP at Sudbury
  • Maintain confidentiality of information processed or prepared
  • Coordinate, research and analyse reports
  • Proactively seek business opportunities and proposals to IT BP
  • Stay connected with and utilise company channels such as Teams and Yammer

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Ideally, 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated success in working with people in establishing change management plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience or training received in providing technical support
  • Performs a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of sensitive deadlines
  • Demonstrate integrity, ingenuity, and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies
  • Proficient knowledge of database structure with the ability to enter, manipulate and report data
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Perform time management and scheduling functions, meet deadlines and priorities
  • Must possess positive, professional interpersonal skills

  • Installation, operating, maintenance and repair of operating systems, networks, and programmes

Just Recruitment is currently seeking a warehouse operative on a temporary - permanent basis for a company based in Sudbury, Suffolk.

This well-established company will put you through a PPT course for you to gain a qualification whilst working on-site, along with other FLT licenses depending on the area of work.

Working Monday to Friday with one in every 6 weekends (weekends are only required to work 6am-2:30pm)

6am - 2:30pm and 2pm - 10:30pm rotating every 2 weeks. (2 weeks early, 2 weeks lates)

There is the opportunity to work overtime at overtime rates.

This role will include:
